Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Several goods are exempt from return i.e. Perishable goods, such as baked goods, food, vegetables.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase i.e. a receipt.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.
We can only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item to: Murson Farm, Grange, Co. Sligo F91 RK33.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where possible you should us a trackable shipping service to ensure return delivery.
All prices quoted are in Euro. We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect any changes in our costs.
We accept payment online. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.
