Murson Farm is situated in the small village of Grange in the North of County Sligo and is the passion of Ciaran and Coeurine Henderson. The name of the farm comes from a combination of both surnames, Murray and Henderson.
The farm is also home to animals and they grow an array of fruits, vegetables and herbs which are not only used in their home baking and cooking, but also available to order and pick up from their farm.
Back in the early 2000’s, Ciaran indulged his lifetime love of animals and invested in some sheep, followed closely by some pigs, hens and bees. A vegetable, fruit and herb garden were started and Coeurine began to experiment with the range of fresh produce available to them. They have since expanded with the impressive range of chutneys, jams, jellies, cakes and breads that are now available to buy.
Coeurine is also a holistic therapist and works at Sligo Wellness Centre.
Coeurine is an active member of the Sligo Food Trail
